Service scope
Find Cut Go is provided as an online software service for video-related workflows. Features, limits, pricing, supported formats, and availability may change at any time.
Payments, credits, and refunds
Results generated or processed through Find Cut Go can vary based on source material, prompts, settings, technical conditions, and inherently subjective user expectations. Dissatisfaction with an output, style, edit, subtitle set, dub, cut, translation, download, or any other feature result does not by itself create any right to a refund, charge reversal, or restoration of spent credits.
Except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise, purchases, payments, credit usage, and completed processing jobs are final and non-refundable. In limited cases and after review, Find Cut Go may choose, at its sole discretion, to provide courtesy credits as a goodwill accommodation. Any such credit is optional, may be refused, reduced, or withheld for any reason, and does not create any obligation, entitlement, or precedent for future cases.
User responsibility and rights
All site features are used at the user's own risk. Each user is solely responsible for the files, links, media, prompts, instructions, and outputs they submit, request, download, edit, dub, subtitle, remix, or otherwise process through the platform, including verifying that they have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for that use.
Find Cut Go does not encourage, endorse, or promote the processing of copyrighted or otherwise protected content without proper authorization, and the platform was not created for that purpose. Do not use the service with material you do not own or are not clearly authorized to use. We may limit access, refuse service, or take other action where misuse, abuse, infringement, or rights-related complaints are suspected.
Enforcement and support
We may suspend access, cancel jobs, remove outputs, or close accounts where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, infringement, unlawful use, excessive system strain, or attempts to bypass service limits or payment rules.
If you have a support issue, use the profile page or the published support/contact channel. A complaint or review request does not guarantee any refund, credit, or other compensation.
